If you’re powering up for a workout, hankering for a mid-morning snack, or looking for a way to drink more fruits and veggies, check out this creamy smoothie.This is one of my favourite smoothie recipes that I love to make for a healthy breakfast.

Ingredients:

1 banana
1/2 cup oatmeals
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1/3 cup goji berry
1 tablespoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons honey
1 cup milk or coconut water

Combine all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
This smoothie fuels you up with a healthy dose of vitamins  and plenty of antioxidants.

Sastojci:

1 banana
1/2 šolje zobene kaše ili žitnih pahuljica
3 kašikice chia sjemenki
1/3 šolje goji bobica
1 kašikica cimeta
3 kašikice meda
1 šolja mlijeka ili kokosove vode

Smiješati sve sastojke u blender i blendati dok se ne dobije glatka i kremasta konzistencija. Ovaj smoothie vas puni zdravom dozom vitamina i mnogo antioksidanasa.
