Hi! I really love these smoothie bowls. They are full of good ingredients. It’s healty, nutrition and it looks pretty. You can make it with any ingredients you have in your kitchen. Also, you can take it with you to work or school. Today I want to write my recipe.

Ingredients: 1 banana, 1 green apple, 1 spoon od cocoa, couple of goji berries, little bit of milk or water.

Decoration: Musli, chia seeds, sesame, cinnamon.

Put ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour it into a bowl and decorate.

Pozdrav! Mnogo mi se sviđaju ove zdjelice koje su pune dobrih sastojaka. Zdrave, hranjive i lijepo izgledaju. Možete ih napraviti od bilo kojih sastojaka koje posjedujete. Također, možete i da ih nosite sa sobom na posao ili u školu. Danas vam pišem svoj recept. 

Sastojci: 1 zrela banana, 1 zelena jabuka, 1 kašikica kakaa, par goji bobica, malo mlijeka ili vode.

Dekoracija: Musli, chia sjemenke, susam i cimet.

Ubacite sastojke u blender i blendajte dok ne dobijete srednje gustu smjesu. Preliti u zdjelicu i dekorisati sa sastojcima za dekoraciju.
